Some of the other days we would get some tough day in our life, it could be that from your workplace or home.
Let us take an example -you have a meeting in the office and you are trying to explain your point. Perhaps your boss was not satisfied with your view and he humiliated you in front of your peers.
It is quite natural to feel bad, but things won’t stop here.
After this you would say this incident to three to four people and try to explain your point of view and sympathy from others.
Here I am not sure that, This sympathy is going to help you or not, indeed I am pretty sure that you are going to create some more new situations like this in your upcoming life.
Because according to the Law of attraction, what we do, what we think, What we talk or every action of our life is attracting the same circumstances in our future. So what could be best approach for this action If you come up with this kind of situation.
Better to take a deep breath and calm down at that point, after that give ten minutes time to analyze the problem and take a pen and paper and write down ten positive things about that incident. What you have learnt from that or How can improve yourself.
You should try to understand that person’s view.
Do not try to defend yourself.
Accept your mistake and learn from them
By doing this you are simply converting your negative thoughts to positive feelings for yourself.
Remember, If you are stuck with this kind of thing you will get pain deep in your heart and that is going to create more negativity near you. it is only going to impact your performance in your daily life.
