Everyone follow healthy lifestyle, then why not for your child as well. For them also, you have to plan a healthy life, because a healthy child is a healthy future. A healthy habit will improve the immunity system.
Nowadays you have might seen that weather is frequently changing, sometimes it is very hot, and sometimes it’s very cool in the same month. You can feel the difference between morning and evening Temperatures as well. As soon as children are exposed to different weather conditions, they get sick. These growing kids have to develop resistance power to fight against these bacteria, germs and weather change.
Nutritious care and happiness are important for a child’s development. As I am a mother of a 6 year old boy, I have experienced multiple parenting worries regarding the quality and quantity of food. From birth to six months children mostly go with mother feeding. As per research also that is best for infants. In the current situation many of us are opting for lactose products based on need.
After 6 months we would start looking for semi-liquid items like massed banana, boiled apple, dry fruit powder and many more. We stuck to a two hours feeding pattern. to avoid this we could increase the little time gap between two meals.
Next step is to plan for a balanced diet which includes grains, fruits and dairy products and have a good amount of minerals.
Happiness could be easily given by spending quality time with children. We can play games, tell stories, encourage them to participate with our conversation and many more..
Health and happiness are two important factors of your child’s life; both are related to each other; one is incomplete without the other. If you combine these two factors in your kid’s life, then it will become a wonderful life for them.
